Resilience and Service Improvement Plan Tool

This plan development tools will present an overview of the water supply and sewerage system, its main components, and the main problems related to the performance of the organization and the risks that have been identified related to the water quality, quantity and continuity of the water supply waste water services. It outlines the envisaged actions that have been prioritized to be implemented to enhance performance and improve resilience to respond to natural and manmade disasters. It includes a time frame, an indication of responsible actors, and provides a brief description of the monitoring and review process that is envisaged. The plan also will look at the risks related to the pandemic outbreak of COVID-19 virus.

Water Resilience Training Platform

In this online training platform, we are going to provide a virtual Water Resilience training Sessions to groups of employees working for water organization and students who are interested in urban water resilience. In addition, this platform, you’ll learn what water resilience is. You’ll explore the capabilities, skills, and self-care practices that contribute to building water resilience. You will develop water resilience skills for yourself, so you’re ready to meet both professional and personal challenges. We have numerous modules in each course and can vary the length of the water resilience training session to work within your allotted time frame. A typical resilience training session day runs from 8:30 to 4:30 and is filled with a blend of learning methodologies including instruction, group discussion, partner exercises, reflection and small group activities. We deliver a range of online water resilience training courses. You can select from our menu of water resilience training options to ensure the best fit with the learning needs of yourself.

Resilience Network

The Urban Water Management and Resilience Network was established to address and discuss urban water issues and its management with international and local experts working in urban water facilities or in international organizations concerned with urban water issues. In addition to highlighting the importance of flexibility in urban water management to water professionals. This network will be an educational platform for all topics and issues related to urban water management, globally and locally, as well as exchanging knowledge and experiences among the participants.
